EAACA
The European Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Association was created to promote the interests of producers of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and their national associations across all of Europe.

British Board of Agrément
The BBA independently tests and approves product performance where no British standard exists. Many Aircrete products have Agrément approval; details of the certificates can be found on this site.

Building Research Establishment
The BRE is the UK's leading construction and fire research centre providing information and advice to those working in the construction industry.

National House Building Council
The NHBC provides guidelines to members on the use of materials and good practices. It acts as builder control and provides warranties. Aircrete is an approved product.

BPCF
All members of the APA are also associates of The British Precast Concrete Federation, which deals with matters affecting the precast concrete industry, including quality and research.

BIAT
British Institute of Architectural Technologists is the professional institute for architectural technology representing professionally qualified individuals in the UK and overseas.

BSI
The British Standards Institution is the recognised organisation for the preparation of British Standards and also provides a wide range of information and quality management certifications. Aircrete blocks are manufactured to BS6073 Parts 1 & 2.

CPA
The Construction Products Association acts as a single voice for the manufacturers and suppliers of construction products with the aim of building a profitable and sustainable future for the construction products industry.

RIBA
The Royal Institute of British Architects is the professional organisation which speaks on behalf of the architectural profession.

HBF
The House Builders Federation aims to promote private housebuilding and provide technical help and economic information to members.

FMB
The Federation of Master Builders is an employers' trade organisation for the building industry and operates a warranty scheme to safeguard against faulty workmanship or materials.

In response to the recent amendments to Part L of the Building Regulations and to help clear some of the confusion that surrounds Part E, H + H Celcon has taken the initiative of running a series of free CPD seminars.

International Masonry Society
The International Masonry Society enjoys a reputation as one the world's leading authorities on activities associated with masonry construction. The Society provides a forum for learned discussion and disseminates research information relating to all aspects of masonry construction.
